Delkin S204MFBSS-CX000-B 4GB microSD SLC Industrial MOQ 20 (may apply)When your data storage application calls for ruggedized, reliable flash memory, but space is extremely limited, microSD delivers the capacity you need in a tiny form factor. Delkin Devices offers the broadest range of industrial-grade microSD cards available from 128MB and up. Including the only 8GB single-level cell (SLC) card on the market. SLC flash is highly recommended over multi-level cell (MLC) flash for industrial storage applications, due to greater endurance, faster read/write speeds and wide temperature ranges. Delkin's industrial micro secure digital cards deliver up to 2 million program/erase cycles, read speeds up to 17MB/sec, write speeds up to 12MB/sec, and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Delkin's cards are also mechanically rugged, rated for over 10,000 insertions as well as resistant to water, shock and vibration.
Control of every aspect of each microSD card is assured by a configurable part number and a locked down BoM. Cards can be built to order with custom pad print logos, laser etched serial numbers, CID product name and special packaging, as well as with or without SD adapters. MicroSD cards are ideal for handheld devices, medical equipment and other applications that require rugged memory in a small form factor.
